These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the MindCoachPro mobile application (“the App”). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the App.

MindCoachPro is developed and distributed by AS Milling & Woodworks LLC.

1. No Professional Advice

MindCoachPro provides motivational content, mindset tools, and product suggestions.

It does not provide medical advice, psychological advice, financial planning, legal guidance, or any other form of professional advice.

You understand that all content is for informational and general support purposes only.

2. No Guarantees or Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee:

  • the accuracy or completeness of content
  • the effectiveness of exercises or recommendations
  • uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • suitability for any purpose
  • consistency, availability, or reliability of data

You use the App entirely at your own risk.

3. User Responsibility

You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for:

  • your use of the App
  • any actions or decisions you make based on the App’s content
  • ensuring any exercises or routines are safe and appropriate for you
  • verifying any external product information independently

MindCoachPro is not a substitute for professional evaluation or treatment of any kind.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

AS Milling & Woodworks LLC, Rowdy Rooster Woodworks, and any affiliates are not liable for any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to:

  • personal injury
  • emotional or psychological harm
  • financial losses or expenses
  • data loss
  • business or productivity losses
  • indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to stop using and uninstall it.

5. Third-Party Content and Links

MindCoachPro may display or reference third-party content, such as:

  • product information
  • Amazon listings
  • cloud-hosted resources
  • external web links
  • JSON data retrieved from Cloudflare R2

We do not control or guarantee the accuracy, safety, or reliability of any third-party content or websites.

We are not responsible for:

  • third-party actions
  • third-party policies
  • product performance or safety
  • external data accuracy
  • any damages arising from interacting with third-party services

6. Modifications to the App or Data

We may modify, update, or remove features, content, or data at any time without notice.

This includes:

  • mindset tools
  • product lists
  • UI changes
  • cloud-hosted JSON updates
  • integration of new features

We are not liable for any impact caused by these changes.

7. Termination of Use

We reserve the right to deny access to the App, discontinue support, or remove the App from distribution at any time.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Pennsylvania courts.
